[SERIES OF UNANSWERED QUESTIONS FROM PUBLIC MEETING AT MLM]
Mr. Ralebenya, it was brought to your attention at the Villiers meeting on 4th October that the number plates and license discs of both the newly purchased compactor refuse trucks have been removed. Therefore, it appears as if the municipality are unlawfully operating these vitally important assets.
Please explain why this was done. Were any disciplinary steps taken against the person/s responsible? Are the municipality’s vehicles insured.
