As part of a team, he was instrumental in establishing national manufacturing advisory councils across South Africa. Izak has won contracts in Ghana and the Middle East for consulting services in the fields of research and development and manufacturing. He has advised several countries, such as South Africa, Zimbabwe and Mozambique, at provincial and national government level regarding industry strategies and has given guidence to provincial government departments.
